Notes: ulisses: a simple HTTP daemon

Ulisses is an HTTP daemon completely written in perl, from the scratch. It's under heavy development, and the entire code tree has been removed, since it barely answered to simple HTTP 1.1 requests.
HTML+perl integration, to provide a fast CGI replacement, is being made through the use of the Text::Template perl module.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
