Notes:

Time City will be a networked, first-person perspective game that will allow players to interact with each other in a real-time environment. The game takes place in a city throughout many different stages of its development. The game will be released under the GNU license, and anyone who shows any interest in the project is welcome to join in the project's work in their home environment. New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
