Notes:

subscripto is a (Perl) program for managing and viewing subscriptions to mailing lists. It will allow you to manage them through a friendly GUI interface.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
