Savane -a place that give a living to gnus- is the program powering Gna! (and currently also GNU Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org ) Savane is a Web-based Libre Software hosting system. It currently includes issue tracking (bugs, task, support), project and member management, mailing lists, and individual account maintenance. Savane is the continuation of the Savannah project, used to run http://savannah.gnu.org, by its main authors. Backward compatibility with Savannah will be taken care of. Savannah itself was a fork of SourceForge 2.0.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
