Notes:

An RDF parser toolkit library in C that can get RDF triples out of many syntaxes including: RDF/XML, N-Triples , Turtle, RSS tag soup including atom, and GRDDL. It can also serialise triples to RDF/XML, N-Triples and RSS 1.0. Raptor can be used with either libxml or expat as an XML parser, and uses libcurl, BSD fetch or libxml to retrieve URIs.. Raptor is mature, very fast and has no memory leaks. It is included in redland and designed to integrate closely with it.
