Notes:

libwmf is a library to convert microsoft's wmf file format to something useful. Currently bindings exist to draw them in an X window, convert them to png and fig. Also the home page has documentation on the wmf file format which I dragged together from a variety of sources from hexediting the wmf, to windows api calls and of course the great wine project

The library should be extensible enough for whatever purpose you could have in mind, its used by at least wv and ImageMagick as the moment. Needed are conversion to other vector formats, in particular SVG

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
