Notes:

ANSI C/89 implementation of the broken Sender Policy Framework (originally entitled Sender Permitted From). This entire project has been a complete clusterfuck due to a major sellout to Microsoft by Meng Weng Wong, but even outside of this fact, SPF is so fundamentally flawed it should be stupifying how people continue to gobble it up as an ANTI-SPAM tool. I continue to work on this library because I always finish what I start, and although SPF is broken it is not entirely useless. I do not use SPF to in any way shape or form influence e-mail, I simply use it to inject e-mail headers for statistical purposes. SPF may one day be useful, but its only really valid for influencing mail routing decisions if the entire world is publishing and checking.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
