Notes: Tallies ranked preference ballots using Condorcet's method. Condorcet's method is a method of simulating many head-to-head competitions between all candidates in an election, with the goal of selecting the candidate who wins all matchups. The primary benefit of this method over standard "vote for one" elections is the sharp reduction in voter strategy.
