Project info for arch4eclipse

This would be an arch/baz plugin for Eclipse. I'd really like to start using baz, but it's got to be integrated into Eclipse. The project's not even in planning yet.

This project has the following developers:

• burner is a Lead Developer.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
