Homepage: http://www.paperlove.org/whonose/

Notes:

WhoNose powers paperlove.org.

WhoNose selects a 'random' page from a MySQL db and shows it to you.

WhoNose also randomly pulls header and footer elements from the same db and... shows them to you.

Eventually, there may be more possible unique paperlove.org pages than there are ways to fix a Waffle House hamburger (22,020,096) .

With a registered username, you can create pages, create groups (public or private), upload files, and keep track of the pages you've seen to avoid re- runs (at least main page content re-runs).

Without a registered username, you can still at least react to any page.

WhoNose began as an experiment, but it's more or less stable at this point. I'm going to take some time to clean it up and create a distributable version Real Soon Now. Just in case.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.

Keep up with the latest Advogato features by reading the Advogato status blog.

If you're a C programmer with some spare time, take a look at the mod_virgule project page and help us with one of the tasks on the ToDo list!
