Project info for Versionary

Share This Created 17 Jan 2002 at 11:59 UTC by RoUS.

Homepage: http://Versionary.SourceForge.Net/

Notes:

The Versionary project is a fork of Henner Zeller's cvsweb project, which was a fork/continuation of Bruce Fenner's original cvsweb package, which he developed for the FreeBSD project. (Did I get that right?) Versionary is written in Perl, and is a CGI script.

Greg Stein's ViewCVS is a Python package based (I believe) on a port of Henner's cvsweb.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.

Keep up with the latest Advogato features by reading the Advogato status blog.
