The Open C Book Project aims to provide a comprehensive, up-to-date, and completely free book which teaches C programming in a POSIX compliant environment, with an emphasis on using Open Source tools.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
