Notes:

SpamAssassin is a perl module (and accompanying mail filter script) which uses content analysis, several RBLish systems, and Vipul's Razor to figure out if a mail message is spam or not-spam. It then tags the spam, allowing you to filter it yourself in whichever way you deem appropriate.
