Soma is an HTTP/1.1-compliant web server written in Java under the JDK 1.2 It features CGI support, virtual hosting, and a great deal of configurability. It has a dual license: when Soma- derived code is used for a program whose primary purpose is serving files over the web, it is GPLed, however, if it is used as a component of a larger project, it is LGPL.
