Notes:

SocketWatch is an anti-port scanning program. SocketWatch is configured to listen to specified ports, and if a connection is made from an unauthorized host, Ipchains is used to completely DENY the host.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
