SWAP is the Semantic Web Area for Play. The main piece of software is CWM. CWM stands for Closed World Machine (although it can now load extra data at runtime) usable for simple data manipulation of RDF (as a command line tool along the lines of sed or awk) as well as advanced rule-based inference and processing.
