Self Signed Cerificate Creator (SSCC) is a free software program that generates self signed SSL certificates in p12 format. You can then use these certificates to encrypt and digitally sign your email and instant messages. Version 2.0 is comatible with Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, and AOL Instant Messenger.

This program is built on Open SSL technology, which runs at a Win32 command prompt. It basically allows you to run these commands from an easy to use Windows GUI interface. Once the program creates your p12 file, you can convert it to a fully functional 128 bit SSL certificates (cer/crt file) using Internet Explorer.

THE PROJECT IS UNER DEVELOPMENT. Version 2.0 will be available soon.
