The Penguinicity GNU OS featuring the Linux Kernel is a Debian based distribution. This is a "pure" distro. The initial public release includes the DMCA power pack. The DMCA pack includes legal documents relevant to DMCA cases, the DMCA encyclopedia (electronic version), DMCA FAQs, resources for information, ways users can get involved, and a roll of DMCA toilet paper. We are offering limited support in terms of installation and configuration to the GP. Join the fun. We are working on installer issues now and could use some interesting ideas in the areas of programming, documentation and support. Release date is scheduled for Oct. 28 (5 years under the DMCA)
