Pecos is a content-management framework written in PHP for building and managing Web pages and applications with objects. Data objects are stored in a database for simplicity and compatibility. Pecos provides capabilities for storing and retrieving these objects, and a Web-based interface for managing them.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
