Notes:

OpenTel stands for Open Telephony Server. The main objective is to provide a platform for supporting telephony systems like IVR, DAC, PBX. Abstracting the telephony resources, codecs, software components, hardware components and providing a framework for telephony application development independent of operating system and telephony hardware.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
