Notes:

What used to be known as OpenQabal has mostly been subsumed by Fogcutter. All new development is going on as part of the Fogcutter project.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
