Notes:

The OMF will become an open, standards based card catalog of open source documentation. The project will collect metadata (data about data) about open source documentation, store this metadata in XML, and make it freely available to anyone that wants it.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
