Notes:

The OS XML project is by the people at news:alt.os.development and it contains a collection of documents by various OS developers around the world. All documents are in subset of XML. Anyone is welcome to contribute with documents they have written.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
