Notes:

OPML Link Publisher is a Java application that reads an XML file in UserLand's OPML link directory format and publishes it in other formats.

Version 0.1 of the software creates a Mozilla/Navigator bookmarks.html file that can be placed in the browser's user data folder, replacing the existing browser bookmarks with the links in the OPML source file.

This file also can be imported into Internet Explorer.

Future versions of the application will create Internet Explorer favorites and HTML pages.

The application was created with Java 1.4.1-b21 and uses the XOM 1.0d8 and Xerces 2.1 libraries, both of which are included.
