Notes:

This project attempts to monitor every type of UPS, given sufficient interest. Similarly, it also attempts to run on every kind of operating system. The goal is to allow admins to use a common set of programs to monitor and manage varied hardware from many manufacturers and to have clean shutdowns on all of their systems.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
