Notes:

NeoEngine is a Free 3d game engine written in C++. It is cross-platform, supporting currently Linux, FreeBSD, Win32, and MacOS X. It provides render backends for both DirectX and OpenGL. It provides BSP and Octatrees, multitexturing, vertex/fragment programs via Cg language, cubemapping, particle systems, dynamic shadows, audio system that supports Ogg Vorbis, various converters including .bsp, .md3, and .md5, and plugin exporters for Blender, 3ds Max, and Maya. It also includes its own scene graph manager and its own physics engine.
