Notes:

NTXShape is a GIS data conversion utility that translates files from the CARIS NTX format into the widely supported shapefile format. NTXShape preserves virtually all features and attributes of the source data. Supports points, lines, polygons, text, spot heights and soundings. Includes a command line / batch utility, an ArcView extension, and API bindings for Visual Basic.
