Notes:

Maliwan is an Objective-C compositing and imaging library that will be used in Blu Tulip, a GNUstep multi-color model image manipulate program which will be compiled natively on OSX's Cocoa.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
