Notes:

An open source knowledge base solution built using PHP and Perl. It is built in two parts to make it as secure as possible, designed for large companies who want to manage a massive amount of data, and is simple enough to be used with smaller companies who may not have as much data.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
