Project info for KDE-IPv6

This is a project just to keep track of what has been done and what needs to be done to bring KDE to full IPv6 implementation, without breaking anything.

I hope, sooner or later, that this will be integrated into KDE framework and this project is deemed unnecessary.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
