Notes:

A fairly simple community board written in java. Uses MySQL via JDBC. Been in use by a small community since around April 2001. tchambery was the "idea-man" here. He wanted an online community for our the OTG diaspora.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
