Notes:

Helium is an incarnation of the KnownSpace architecture for creating information management tools. Helium uses KnownSpace to create a Java based email navigation client. Helium's primary goal is to demonstrate some of the features and benefits of the very abstract KnownSpace system with a simple, concrete application.

Helium provides access to IMAP and IMAPS folders, text- and header- based searching capabilities, and a first, rudimentary pass at latent semantic analysis based clustering of messages.

Helium is very much past alpha but not all the way to beta software that could do with some contributors.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.

Keep up with the latest Advogato features by reading the Advogato status blog.

If you're a C programmer with some spare time, take a look at the mod_virgule project page and help us with one of the tasks on the ToDo list!
