Notes:

HTMLAlbum is a program for the creation and maintainance of HTML "photo albums". By photo albums, we mean a series of photos which may be viewed sequentially, or individually from an index. Prior to writing HTMLAlbum, of course I looked for similar efforts on the web. There are many, however, most lack the feature of HTMLAlbum that was critical to me: the ability to save and, at a later date, edit the series of images created.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
