Notes:

The CSS engine for Gtk+ is a theme engine that is configured using a CSS stylesheet instead of the traditional gtkrc syntax.

License: LGPL Version 2 or later

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
