Notes:

This project is a home for GNU interfaces to, and implementations of, Java 2 Enterprise Edition, consisting of most of the "javax" packages. The intent is to support Free Java environments such as GCJ (3.0 and later), Kaffe, JamVM, SableVM, Cacao, Kissme, and so on.

Current subprojects include support for JAF (JavaBeans Activation), JavaMail, Java CommAPI, and the Servlet API. More contributions are always welcome.

GNU JAXP was developed under the aegis of this project, but is now maintained as part of the Classpath project.

New Advogato Features

FOAF updates: Trust rankings are now exported, making the data available to other users and websites. An external FOAF URI has been added, allowing users to link to an additional FOAF file.
