Notes:

Figure is an tiny and portable software environment that provides the infrastructure needed to write reflective programs. It is intended for use in extensible application programs, kernels, and bootloaders (namely GNU GRUB).

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
