Notes:

Eclipse is an IDE written in Java. Originally intended for Java development, it has been branching out into C and C++. It uses its own GUI toolkit called SWT.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
