Notes: Ecartis (formerly known as Listar) is a GPL'd Mailing List Manager. It is modular and highly extendable and flexible. The name changed due to some trademark issues. The project is now led by a Core Team, of Rachel Blackman, JT Traub, Trish Lynch, Peter Losher and Nils Vogels. Listar and Ecartis's project founder is Rachel Blackman, Rachel and JT are the principle designers.

FOAF updates: Trust rankings are now exported, making the data available to other users and websites. An external FOAF URI has been added, allowing users to link to an additional FOAF file.
