Dia is a program for creating structured diagrams. Adding support for new diagram types is fairly easy, due to its modular design. Among others, it supports UML, network, flowchart, entity-relationship and circuit diagrams.

Diagrams can be printed or exported to a number of formats, including EPS (Enhanced PostScript), CGM (Computer Graphics Metafile) and SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics). Diagrams can be loaded and saved to dia's native XML diagram format.

The most current version of Dia is 0.94.

Bug reports should go to Bugzilla.

The original design and implementation was done by alex, then maintainership passed to jamesh, cyrille, and then to larsrc.

We also have a TWiki page.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.

Keep up with the latest Advogato features by reading the Advogato status blog.
