Notes:

Dhcpreg is a mechanism for adding/removing/checking host entries in dhcpd.conf file. This was born out of a desire to have a 'registered' dhcp system where all cable modem mac addresses were known to the system. This assumes the usage of ISC DHCPd.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
