Notes:

A JPEG codec library written in ANSI CL back in 1998/99, sponsored by Kelly E. Murray. It does its job reasonably well, but nowdays I could write it in a more effective way.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
