Notes: Record a CVS commit, wraps up the diffs in nice, colourful HTML and mail it off. Can generate links to ViewCVS, Chora or CVSWeb front-ends for each changed file. Text in the log-comment can be linked to entries in Bugzilla, RT or JIRA. CVSspam is written in Ruby.
