Notes:

Record a CVS commit, wraps up the diffs in nice, colourful HTML and mail it off. Can generate links to ViewCVS>, Chora> or CVSWeb> front-ends for each changed file. Text in the log-comment can be linked to entries in Bugzilla>, RT> or JIRA>. CVSspam is written in Ruby>.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
