Notes:

ASDL is a framework for describing structured data, and getting nice programming interfaces for the data in several different languages. Currently, there's support of C, C++, Java, ML, Ocaml, Haskell, and Icon. I'm actively looking for people interested in continued developement of the core ideas. In particular extending ASDL to support a subset of XML.
