The Seattle currency project is examining Webfunds. Met today with one of the developers from eCash (which was bought by infospace along with the chaum patents, a year ago) Anyway.. Seattle's gurus (Greco, Wild, Fairhal etc. ) have decided on a mutual credit currency. However, Webfunds would need revision to support a mutual credit system. Webfunds today supports P2P transfer of signed payment instructions but a recipient must submit the coin to an issuance server. Webfunds reactivated its list this week.
