Notes:
I work full-time as a computer consultant, doing everything from web development to kernel programming, both on Unix and Windows.
I find kernel programming fascinating and hope to one day complete one of all the experimental kernel designs I have.
I also think that COM and component based computing in general is a good idea and hope to work more with it professionally.
My latest kernel design is inspired by COM ideas and is implemented in C++. I hope that this and some carefulness leads to a very clean and elegant kernel. Performance is not my primary concern at this stage.
