Busily creating specs and test for my project at work, the "Digital Music Machine". Had an interesting conversation about the environment with eskil, mjs, and others on #nautilus.

Playing with ogg vorbis a lot lately (on recommendation from raph). It's a way cool format and an xmms plugin is available for decoding vorbis streams. All I can say is "Look out Fraunhofer, Vorbis will be eating your lunch soon."

Other than that, I'm going through an interesting time of my life. I'm not really sure where I'm going, but I'm pretty damn excited to be going there. Work is enjoyable, my finances _could_ be in better shape, and my GPA's a little low for my tastes, but I have confidence that things are on the right track.
