Released GNOME Commander 1.1.3 today.

The inbox tomorrow will be the final judge, but this version feels alot more stable than any of the previous in this development branch. Having a stable gnome2 version of GNOME Commander before the x-mas would be nice.

I'm hoping that someone someday will start putting together a manual for gcmd, but that never seems to happen.
