I added myself here because I thought it'd let me see other
people's email addresses. jum had a question about
creating UFS disk images on OS X; I had figured it out a couple of
weeks ago but there was no way I could see to reply to his diary
entry. So I did the usual web search, and uncovered his address,
but it was still harder than it needed to be.

And now I have an advogato account. Oh well. I have written
some (small) bits of free software, see my software page. My
first real application should be coming out in a few weeks, if I find a
thesis topic first so I can get some time to finish it.

(hey, cool, it looks like you can close tags with a simple </>
here, I did it without thinking since it happens where I usually
write, and was surprised they expanded
properly.)
