I finally got a job working at the China Lake in Ridgecrest, California. While it's not strictly open source, it will pay the bills.

Recently, I read the article on SourceForge drifting. I made me think that maybe I could use my webserver to start up a hosting site for free software projects. Couple of problems though: I don't have a lot of disk space for it, and I don't have a lot of bandwidth for it. Still, it's something to think about, now that I won't be doing consulting full-time. I feel like my webserver is being wasted just sitting there and not being used for anything in particular.
