Here goes my first post ;)

I've been working recently with PHP and XMPP ( Jabber ).
Searching the web, I've found a PHP Class written by
Carl "Gossip" Zottmann that is now kept by Nathan "Fritzy" Fritz.

Talking with Nathan about the Class, he introduced me to Edgar the Bot, one of his projects.
I offered my help to Fritzy, as I've figured that the idea behind the project is very good.
( Edgar was written in PHP and uses MySQL to store reminders and other things. )

I called a friend, Alexandre Carvalho ( a.k.a. alexbh ) to join me in the project.
alexbh took the invinte and we had a talk with Nathan and
defined what would figure in the 1.0 version of Edgar:

1) Install interface;
2) Internationalization;
3) Admin interface;
4) Command modularization;
5) Guidelines;
6) And docs.... lot of docs..

The items 1, 2 and 4 are now ready.

Once the bot's base is a Jabber Class, and I am a Debian user,
I've packaged the Class first. ( I'm now waiting for some sponsor to upload the package )
In the future i will do the same to Edgar.
